After years of experimentation and practice‐based learning on pedagogy, the 3 founders who are returned UK scholars embedded the following into their system of teaching: Montessori step‐by‐step approach of progressive learning and teaching, Kumon patient approach of repetitive doing and experimentation by the learners, and Waldorf holistic approach of listening and teaching the learners based on their thinking, and interests (feeling), and how they can be best engaged to make them willing learners.
