SmartLab® Education Centre was founded in 1999 by a team of returned UK scholars. Currently with 8 branches in Singapore, we specialize in Math and Science education for P1 to JC2. Throughout our centres, we adopt the systematic ESC (Exploration, Strengthening & Consolidation) cycle of learning methodology developed in-house by first class honours Cambridge University Graduates with years of experience in helping students turn around their results. The established and proven Smartlab® ESC cycle of learning methodology yields optimal improvement to students' results and helps make a difference to the students' results. In the ESC cycle of learning, we strive to instill confidence in our students through an encouraging environment and providing the best conditions for learning. A confident person who believes in his / her own abilities is able to go on to achieve his / her aims in life, no matter what arena he / she is in. We take very seriously our responsibility to improve our students' results as good results reinforce self-confidence. Our team of tutors are selected based on their intellectual abilities, enthusiasms and dynamism to enable the ESC cycle of learning methodology.
University of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) is part of the Cambridge Assessment Group which is the former University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate (UCLES), a department of the world-renowned University of Cambridge and a not-for-profit organisation. SmartLab® is proud to work with CIE in offering the Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers as an in-house programme for our teachers, and also as a training centre providing external programme to external members subjected to condition. The Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers is a practice-based qualification for continuing professional development, relevant to all teaching and learning contexts.
